The kitchen to cook and the available free water.

The kitchen to cook and the available free water. Confortable beds Nice staff We can park the car in the street without any issues and for free

The bathroom wasn’t pleasant and it was complicated to have hot water. The floor of the bathroom was slippery and the hotel would add carpet in the bathroom... The room was very basic but we only spent one night and it was well-enough and good value for money.

Paid cash and am being billed for more now even though I was told ok to shorten stay.

room was clean,staff was friendly.

Dark sidetreet,bad neighborhood,seemed unsafe.NOT handicap accessible.No elevator.Had to climb 4 free floating flights of stairs,no handrail,very dangerous.Checked out early due to un-safety.Am being billed for balance of reservation even though receptionist agreed to early leave.Very little English spoken,hard to communicate.

I had a great experience.

The staff was very helpful. And extremely nice. One night I was tired and did not go out to eat before falling asleep. When I woke up I was hungry but did not want to go get food outside. One of the employees gave me his yogurt. Really nice of him.

3 out of 4 of the staff very nice . Location is good to explore. Cheap ( ish)

The screaming guests , cubans in their scores shouting all through the night , I didnt have 1 nights sleep out of 3 nights . They are repeat guests so they sort of run the place , I was constantly going out and telling them to be quiet , even getting angry and shouting at them to shut up in both languages .. so disgusting .

The beds were reasonably comfortable

The door was hinged the wrong way so that any one could break in with a piece of wire and it stopped no noise from the lobby.

Good choice for transport links.

Good for ADO bus station. Options for food and coffees close by. The location of hotel fine, the problem is the bus service from Cancun airport to Cancun centre. Not enough buses, long waits to travel from airport to centre, that is reason for the grim face on how easy it was to get to the property.

Hotel was totally fine for price in Cancun.

Being close to the bus station it was good for day trips to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen.

it's clean & close to the busstation

the cheapest fare gives you a room that has no windows that can open. The room is very noisy, even more than I expected. Next to the lobby and next to the pump system. There was no way to control the aircon except on/off or ask staff. The next morning from 8am they decided to rebuild some part of the building --> lots of dust all around the lobby and extremely loud noise. No warning, no money back... great. BYE! --- worst stay we ever had, defenitly not worth the money if you ask me

Clean, convient location and good value for money

We had a good stay at this hotel but were extremely disappointed in the male night shift staffs honesty. When we were checking out (630am on the 6th of March) my boyfriend left his wallet on the reception desk whilst looking for the room keys. We than went out to our taxi. My boyfriend quickly than realised within a minute that he had left his wallet behind. When he return to look for it, the receptionist had hidden it in a desk draw. My boyfriend had to ask for it back. So not only had the receptionist not try and return it when we were just outside front door but he went out of his to hide it!

staff did not speak English (or did not want to) room was just next to noise lounge very noisy place bathroom had a hole in the wall to the lounge - we had no feeling of privacy here! poor cleanliness warm water after 5 minutes This was quite expensive for what you get! lowest value for money and the worst accomodation we had 3 weeks we spent in Mexico.

Si bien es muy económico, el baño y la habitación son diminutos, la cama incómoda y no había sabanas solo una frazadita para taparse, y en el baño había algunas cucarachitas.

Los tendidos de las camas horribles,

La cobija para el frío y que me dieron una toalla para bañarme aunque no alcance a usarla

Primero el lugar tenía escaleras enorme, no fueron claro con los horarios de entrada y salida, llegue a las 5 am del aeropuerto y a las 10:30 am la chica del mostrador ya me estaba desalojando con tanta prisa que no me dejó ni lavarme los dientes. Me pareció terrible, yo pague por una noche y lo que me dieron fueron unas horas. Le comenté que acababa de llegar pero que no que las reglas eran así que a las 11 tenía que desalojar el lugar. Pésimo el servicio
